Dani(elle) DeSalvio was born and raised in New York state. She moved to the mountains in Salt Lake City to pursue an education and live the skiers dream. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Visual Arts from Westminster College and gained many experiences in the outdoor industry. Dani uprooted her entire life in order to fulfill her dreams in 2014 to work in the snow industry in Japan. She lived in Hokkaido for the year and spent the winter filming the most famous professional Japanese snowboarders.
For the last 3 years, Dani worked as a web designer and frontend developer for a Real Estate tech company. She also graduated from DevPoint Labs in February 2020, where she gained more education and a certificate in Web Development. Currently, Dani is enjoying the start of her next chapter in life by moving to Washington state and making the Seattle area her permanent home (uprooting during a pandemic is fun hehe).
Dani has many skill sets, but for the purpose of finding a new job... this website showcases web design and development.
“Dani and I were introduced to build out my new website. Having done this a few times before, I now had extra clarity around what I really wanted in terms of both visuals and functionality and Dani grasped my vision with ease. We added video in all the right places, softened the marketing language to stand out from the crowd, and her own suggestions as to color elevated my own limits. I cannot thank her and the rest of the team enough. Dani was my point person and after many trials with other designers, I highly recommend her. It is a rare talent to both render someone else’s vision while truly hearing them. Thank you Dani. I am so grateful our paths crossed”
